ICJUSTICE USA is an anchor chapter for Interconnected Justice which mobilizes African Americans and our allies to advocate for a fair and just US foreign policy toward African nations concerning specific themes. In the pursuit of policy shifts the project designs a range of relevant social and economic Pan African partnerships. African Americans have a particular history and current reality that burdens and gifts us with a sense of responsibility to participate in a contemporary Pan African movement grounded in solidarity, mutual care, aggressive advocacy and a deep knowledge of the issues. ICJ USA will be a voice for Black Americans and our allies to advocate the US government for a just US foreign policy toward Africa that is in the best interest of African Americans and Africans. This advocacy proposition will creatively and vibrantly add to the progressive US foreign policy ecosystem while being a critical force in a 21st century Pan Africanism.
